During the evaluation process, name/surname and institution of the applicants will be kept anonymous. Each proposal will be evaluated by the commissions, which are formed by at least five members of the Science-Art Committee. The members of these commissions are to be appointed according to their expertise. The commission members are asked to use an evaluation form during their evaluation process. The commission members are also eligible to choose the type of the presentation (whether the work is to be presented as paper, poster or workshop/artistic practice).
After the evaluation, every applicant will receive a conclusive letter.
