NURSING IN THE DIGITAL AGE SYMPOSIUM WAS HELD IN COLLABORATION WITH BURSA CITY HOSPITAL

              Bursa Nursing Symposium was held in the conference hall of Bursa City Hospital with the theme of "Nursing in the Digital Age" in cooperation with Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Health Sciences, Bursa City Hospital, Turkish Nurses Association Bursa Branch and Bursa Uludağ University Nursing Undergraduate and Postgraduate Graduates Association.

Bursa Uludağ University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. İrfan KIRIŞTIOĞLU, Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Health Sciences Dean Prof. Dr. Nurcan ÖZYAZICIOĞLU, Head of Nursing Department Prof. Dr. Neriman AKANSEL, Bursa City Hospital management staff, many academicians, approximately 150 nurses working in different hospitals of Bursa and our faculty's nursing students attended the symposium.

Symposium Chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Seda Pehlivan touched upon the importance of the integration of the nursing profession with technologies in the digital age in her opening speech and emphasized the importance of collaboration and contribution in shaping the nursing practices of the future. Six different speakers made presentations in three panels titled "Evidence-Based Nursing", "Innovation in Nursing" and "Use of Technology in Nursing" at the symposium. The event ended with a presentation by the Bursa Branch of the Turkish Nurses Association.
