Bursa Uludağ University (BUÜ) Faculty of Agriculture cultivates organic agricultural products in order to improve the theoretical and practical education of students.

The students of the Department of Horticulture planted artichoke seedlings in an area of ​​approximately 3000 square meters under the management of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Başay, Faculty Member of the Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture.

ORGANIC PRODUCTION FOR HEALTHY NUTRITION

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sevinç Başay made a statement regarding the work carried out; “We know that artichoke, a vegetable compatible with the conditions of our region, is extremely important for human health. However, in order to fully benefit from the plants, organic production is necessary. That is why we took a step towards this valuable work together with our students.”
