The closing program of the project named Digi-FIRE, prepared by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality and allowing volunteer-active firefighters to receive their professional training 
via digital environment, was held with the national congress program attended by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Alinur Aktaş.

The 'Digi-FIRE' project, prepared by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Fire Department Department and implemented in partnership with Uludağ University, Bursa Volunteer 
Firefighters Association and Konya All Volunteer Firefighters Association, as well as fire and rescue units from Germany, Spain and Romania, closing meeting Atatürk It was held 
at the Congress Cultural Center. Resources from European Union funds were used for the training project titled 'Digital Support for Volunteer Firefighters'. The project aimed to 
create a distance education portal for volunteer firefighters in Bursa and Turkey. At the end of the meeting, where Fire Chief Recep Aydın gave information about the 'Digifire' 
project and other EU project studies, Mayor Aktaş gave plaques to the institutions that contributed to the project. The program continued with sessions within the scope of the 
national congress.

Within the scope of the three-year project, transferring the vocational training to be offered to firefighters to the digital environment and creating an e-learning environment was 
carried out by Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Education Computer and Instructional Technologies Education faculty members Assoc. Dr. Şehnaz Baltacı, Lecturer. See. Neşe
